Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Every order is carefully packed in our Sofia studio and handed to your courier of choice — Econt or Speedy. You decide what suits you best: pickup from a courier office near you, or delivery straight to your door.

Orders placed on a business day are usually dispatched the same or the next day, and delivery within Bulgaria takes 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

The exact rate for your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

Cash on Delivery

Prefer to pay when your parcel arrives? Cash on delivery is available with both Econt and Speedy for a small fee of €1.00, added at checkout. Simply pay the courier when you receive your order. Bank transfer in advance is also available if you would rather skip the fee.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it — no questions asked.

Because skincare is personal, we can only accept returns of unopened products with an intact hygiene seal. This keeps every product that reaches you pristine and untouched — a standard required for cosmetics under EU consumer law.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@skinora.com with your order number and the products you would like to return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the parcel back via Econt or Speedy within 14 days of your request.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we process your refund within 14 days of receiving it — by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, or back to your account for bank transfer orders. We will confirm by email the moment it is on its way.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us right away — we will send a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. A photo of the item speeds things up.
