How your order reaches you, and what to do if you change your mind.
Delivery
We ship across Bulgaria with Econt and Speedy — either to a courier office or to your door.
Orders placed on a business day are usually dispatched the same or the next day, and delivery within Bulgaria takes 1–2 business days.
The courier notifies you by SMS once your parcel is on its way, using the phone number on your order.
